We deliver directly throughout England and Wales in our own vehicles door to door. Our team of drivers are trained to demonstrate the features of our products and orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your request subject to availability.
Once an order is placed, please check your email inbox including junk/spam as you should receive an email link where you will be able to track your order within a 2 hour delivery window and please contact us if this is not received.
For orders in Scotland and Ireland we may entrust our caskets/coffins to be delivered by our chosen reputable courier company, to ensure a safe, secure delivery for long-distance deliveries.
Each model is quality-checked and polished by our highly experienced staff before leaving our warehouse.
